There are some who'll stay in diapers because they're in a situation where a restroom is inconvenient to get to (flower girls at weddings, long car trips, long amusement park lines. Especially about theme parks: "Mommy, I need to go potty" after being in a line for 45 minutes, and it's almost their turn to ride.)

Also, an injury or a defect causes them urinary incontinence.

Finally, some kids just love the feeling, comfort and happiness of being in diapers, a few parents may actually let them stay in 'em.

So if there are no such drawings, I wonder whether someone would draw them.
