I believe this game hasn't been uploaded anywere on the internet yet. (at least I haven't seen it)

I use Japanese version of Windows and that hasn't happened on my comp.
Can anybody here help him out?

i don't have a jap' ver' of windows, but i installed Jap' fonts.

Well, try running it under applocale.
Only japanese fonts won't help, you should set your locale to japanese.
