 Is there anyone from europe who would charge my PayPal acc? |

This sounds like a wierd question.
Around me, nobody has a credit card.
Would there be someone around you guys, who lives in europe and would be able to charge my Paypal acc with 10$?
(I would send 10€ in envelope per normal mail)
I know I could get scammed easily on this, but I hope one of the resident members will reply.
What I need it for? Ebay...
