I had it some years ago before I lost everything in a fire.

It starts with a girl sneaking into a magical study room. There are some stairs behind the door she comes in through. The room is full of books, candle and other stuff that might be found in a wizard or alchemist workshop with a big table in the middle of the room. The girl, presumably a student?, sneaks in an studies a book on the table. This continues until you, an invisible man or ghost, spook her by touching her.

The majority of the game is spent sexually play with her.

This game is entirely 3d assets and has a free camera.

I would like the name of the game, it's author, download location, etc. I have recovered most of the other games I've lost but no matter how much I search I just can't find this one.
