It takes awhile to get to the point where you can insert, but once she has pink heart exclamations (horny enough), you're able to do so. Otherwise it kicks you out even at full sleep/stimulus. Taking off pants and touching seems to be the fastest way to get points since it's +3 each success (otherwise just touch for +2s). Eventually, once you max out both gauges for orgasm, it unlocks Free Play, where you can do whatever to your hearts content.
