You chase a selected character through wacky streets full of charming and menacing enemies. Pay attention to where you're going, there are signs to grab to force a turn and if she gets home you lose. Try to keep as much vitality and extra guys as possible, those extra guys are straight up extra guys in the sex minigame. Earn money, buy energy drinks and take them to pound town through three phases and you get their number for the recall option. Honestly pretty badass. Enjoy!

EDIT: Surprisingly fun! Design of this game is quite funny and the voicing's very on-point, particularly enjoyed target #4.

To note, this game is not in ENG and is quite confusing at first.

From the main menu, you use the arrow keys and SPACEBAR to choose your selection.
Difficulty selection is also there, where you can choose between Normal and Hard difficulty - quite hard to figure out if you can't read Katakana. I'll probably make a little image-based guide to help out with this later.

But for starters, here's the gist of the gameplay:
Main controls of the game when chasing targets are Z, X, and C
Z for jumping
X for throwing bombs
C for triggering special formation with the guys that you pick up

F2 to reset the game and get you back to the title screen.

There are those numbered big capsules/round things on the ground that if you manage to hit with a bomb, some person comes out of it and if you manage to pick him up he will join you along. They trigger their own special attacks i.e. first guy throws bombs on your back to protect you from attacking animals coming from behind, while the second guy shoots a straight line of lightning to attack your target and enemies at the front. Just keep in mind that getting hit even once makes one of them drop away from you so do your best to jump/dodge projectiles, obstacles, and enemies.

Do keep in mind to press C whenever you have someone with you as that will temporarily change your bomb attacks into very-easy-to-use special attacks to hit the front - something that you will have to abuse to quickly take down the target.

There will be some roadsigns in the air where the game seemingly is telling you pick it up and YOU SHOULD! Getting those effectively make the target detour to other roads instead of heading to their home and should they manage to get home, you lose.
