Any idea if this has been translated officially? If not can you confirm if Translator++ works on it?

I went and tried Translator++, it managed to put in some english dialogue but it doesn't make alot of sense and some of the game's images get messed up because of it.

For Translator++, you need to make sure that event names and certain terms don't get translated to avoid the game from breaking. As for the translations, it's better to translate them manually one by one using DeepL, not to mention you need to remove certain things from the dialogues such as \n or \r or anything similar to those. Last but not least, it's better to work in team of several people and distribute the workload because trying to translate a game alone is very taxing.
