I been experiment with browsers you can download an older version of chrome / firefox portable browser I also installed an older version of flash player 32.0.0.101 seems to work for now I got a few games that require a browser oof
there also Flash.Patcher that removed killswitch from flash player

For anyone else still wondering; as mentioned, the link on page 24 for 1-27 does still work.
As for playing the .swf files, Flashpoint Infinity is likely your best option since it essentially sets up an isolated environment for playing games (I think, I admittedly am not positive if that applies only to the games they have archived, or if it applies to any flash content used on it) putting you at no risk of being attacked via security exploits and whatnot. Downgrading your browser and using flash in it is risky.
To play them through Flashpoint, simply download any game from the archive in the app and start playing it. Once the game opens up go to File>Open>Browse. Locate and select the .swf then click OK. You should be good to go. I know that any games that used Unity do not open up in a dedicated flash window, but go to your web browser where you can't select a different .swf. If this happens, just find another game that does use a flash window.

You can use a old portable version of Google Chrome,they still use adoble flash, search in google for a link to download
