I've been wanting to have my colorization/translation of Democratic Empire 2 to be uncensored for awhile now: http://littleangelshentai.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15737&start=0

The parts that need to be decensored start with Page 0014.jpg

I'm sure it'll take awhile to get the whole thing done, but I don't mind since from experience I know how long these sorts of things can take to do. lol
