My first loli pic

Not only is this my first loli pic, it's pretty much my first drawing since I was a child myself... So go easy on me.

The face of the one on the right looks odd... too long.

I think it's a good start... I didn't make mistakes a lot of beginner crappy drawers would make; for instance, the legs aren't perfectly straight, I added the muscle/fattiness to the bottom side of the legs just below the knees.

I just need to draw more to get better.

Actually, you made the exact same mistake most beginners make, and completely skipped over the construction phase of the drawing. Good to see you want to draw more though, practice, practice, practice, it's the only way to really become better at anything.

There are guidelines to follow. Almost every guideline I am going to give you requires attention, though with practice you will find that these guidelines "go without saying" and will become natural.

The Head

The head is a rather large part of the body. Some people draw them too big or too small. For lolicon, bigger heads are more fitting as kids tend to have proportionally big heads compared to adults. The eyes are in the middle of the face and each eye a little farther apart than each eye is wide (measure your own face with your hands). *Side note: eyes closer together than this suggests inbreeding, farther apart suggests alcohol abuse during pregnancy.
In most (non-overweight) adults, the head is half as wide as the upper torso.
The ears are as tall as the space between the end of the nose and the top of the upper eye-lid, and the corners of the mouth are directly under the centers of each eye (again, you may use your hands to measure out your face). Some of these rules, like eye/nose/mouth size, follow abstract guidelines when it comes to japanese style comic art. These nuances are yours to pick up on.

The torso

The torso is actually two parts. The upper torso or ribcage, and the lower torso or gut area. The gut, even in slender characters, is longer than the ribcage by just a bit (as a general rule). How lean or fat you want your character can effect proportion throughout the body, but moreso in the torso than anywhere else.

Arms and shoulders

Notice that your arms hang out a bit from your main torso. Your elbows should fall just under your ribcage. If you stand up, your palms fall about in the middle of your thighs. And everyone knows that if you hold your arms out straight, the space from fingertip to fingertip is about as wide as you are tall. Exceptions are rare.

Hands and Feet

You should concentrate on mastering the proportions and look of EVERYTHING else before trying to tackle hands and feet. The posturing of hands is widely variable, as is thier size and shape. The hands of a man are very different (generally) than the hands of a woman, as are child and adult hands very different from each other. If you want to get better at drawing hands, start by drawing your own. They are right there to stare at.

The pelvic area

My personal favorite area. Size of genetalia/anus/buttocks are widely variable in lolicon to the point of having few guidelines. The only general rule I can think of is that the pelvis is about as wide as the shoulders, for females the pelvis is just a bit wider than that and for males it can be the opposite, but as a general rule the pelvis is about the same width as the shoulders.

The legs

The upper leg, or thigh, is approximately as long as the torso (from hip to clavical bone). The lower leg is also approximately this length. Again, measure yourself out.

Clothing

Clothing is NOT skin unless it is skin tight (like a wet pair of pink panties) and cloth is maleable and not always easy to draw. Practice drawing naked bodies first as it will actually make it easier to drape clothing over the bodies once you get good at drawing the bodies themeselves.

Hair

Hair can be volumous. It does not always tightly hug the skull, so remember, the hair may make the head seem larger upwards. Even with a ponytail or crew-cut, the hair can be thick enough to add it's own layer to the top of the head, so don't be afraid to let the hair make the head seem a bit bigger above the eyes.

All that I have said with practice will become natural. It is a bit of my knowledge.
