Kanzen Mushusei and Angel Core

Does anyone know where I can get non-torrent d/l links for these? I found an active torrent, but torrents don't seem to work on my computer. Now, I know Sat may say something about me asking for non-torrents, as he always does, but I have to try. I have tried BitTorrent and Utorrent, and I use a wireless router, so neither seems to be able find an open port to download through and I have no idea how to get an active port.
So, please, if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
