The main problem I have with the bethesda games is the fact that enemies fight to the death. A game like this needs a system where enemies can be submitted (like Goku does every other villain he meets). I would hate to encounter hostile lolis and be forced to smack them forever down (why do I still care?). Excellent work nevertheless. I always thought is was funny how you could blow ten people sky high with a fireball in games like this and any leftover enemies nearby are unphased and continue to fight fearlessly. I mean, I would run screaming over a cherry bomb myself.

It all depends on what you set the aggression, confidence, and other attributes of the NPC. The vendor that sells the clothing I make runs away screaming if you hit her. Depending on the NPC, if you get them weak enough, they will run. Other people like beggars usually run when you first strike them. Guards fight to the death, so do bandits, muggers, vampires, and other kill-or-be-killed NPCs.

As for other people fighting fearlessly after you kill someone... wrong again. Some people scream murder and run away, others would come to help(either you or the people fighting you, depending on their disposition/guild ties). Other people like beggars and the cowardly would run away if you hit someone standing next to them.
