[AH][Game][Black-Lilith] Ikusa-Otome Suvia

In deference to ones I can't usually follow, I actually can follow this one, though I haven't played it much. Here's what I've been able to decipher:

There's yet another war in the Nordic Afterlife, with the forces of Nifelheim bashing at the gates of Valhalla. All that stands betwen them and Odin are the Valkyries.
In this, the player assumes the role of Suvia, the loliest of the goddesses of Fate. I don't actually know what happens, or how many endings there are, but I think it's safe to guess that as it's based on Nordic legends, there's going to be quite a lot Black Lilith can do with it.
The graphics are really quite superb, as usual. I don't know much about the sound as my sound card isn't talking to me at the moment.

I love anything to do with old legends, so this suits me down to the ground.

By the way, it's censored, like most/all of Lilith's stuff. Mosaic, badly done, etc etc...

...not exactly like in Norse mythology :
as far i know valkyries aren't really goddesses of fate
but Norns :Urda [past], Verdani [present], and Skuld [future]
( note that Skuld was also a valkyrie )

Valkyrie - ("chooser of the slain") also "Battle-Maiden"
Valkyrie's are charged by Odin with the duty of scouting the battlefields of Midgard
on their winged horses , often in small groups , to choose the bravest warriors
slain in battle who are to become Einherjar...so they decides what will happen
with the warrior's soul after death , and it is often said that if a warrior see a Valkyrie
before a battle , that warrior will die in that battle . So You can say that they were
more known as demi-goddesses of death...

...any maiden who becomes a Valkyrie will remain immortal and invulnerable
as long as they obey the gods and remain virginal. ( not in this game , i think )

Nothing really to add except I was hoping you would put the the three norns as something like Hrist, Lenneth, and Silmeria( even though they're valkyries ).

Actually, you're both more or less correct; depends on the language you're more comfortable with. And my original post was very much in error and premature. From further play I can sort of say this much:

You do NOT play as Suvia (ummm... anybody else see the similarity to Silmeria of Valkyrie Profile?). And Odin, it seems has nothing at all to do with this game. Just one or two lines, at best.

Loki is manipulating the scenes here, with his faithless servant demon, which is kinda wrong, IMO. Loki was the trickster god, not the devil. How many people get this wrong? The devil, AFAIK, was named Surt, or Hel. I'm not sure which.

I can translate the other Valkyrie's name, but I don't much feel like it Razz

Anyway, now that that's cleared up, thanks you two Feather Kawaii 2
