I can live pretty well without him, i made it to the last floor without having any understanding of japanese. It just takes some work and testing to find out.

Appreciate the translation |

I would like to say thank you for the menu patch translation. It makes it a lot easier for me not to have to memorize by trial and error what each button does. I hope the remaining translation goes well.

Help site |

Is it just me or did the website that hosted the item weaknesses of the enemies stop working. I can't link to the website for the second level or higher. I am now trying to make a list of items using a spreadsheet as I play. If anyone wants what I have so far, I can post it.
Also I am curious as to how you are doing for the translation.

Umm, why are you curious?
I made a translation blog post in this very section.
Why dont you just take a look?

Looking forward to it |

I look forward to the patch for the English translation of the item names. It will make the game a lot easier to play with the descriptions in a language I can understand. Thanks in advance.
So, is anyone else having trouble with the on-line help web page? Did they move the information for it?

Item patch |
Quote |
I assume that the patch in the progress thread contains the completed item translation list. When I tried to install it, it ended up failing. It says "Main file intergrity CDC error" on the mesage. Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
Sorry to complain right after all the work your group has done.

The patch is only appliable on the special version, the Uncensored 1.81, unpatched. If you have an already patched version, or NOT 1.81 Uncut, then you need to download it from the torrents section.

It is great knowing what the items do. I don't have to experiment as much to play. It is a slight drag that I can't use any save files made with the first patch, though, but it is a small sacrifice.

stephemr: It is great knowing what the items do. I don't have to experiment as much to play. It is a slight drag that I can't use any save files made with the first patch, though, but it is a small sacrifice. Actually you can.
I've updated the current progress thread with how to do this. Basically, all of the save files are JPEGS. All you have to do is move the JPEGS out of the directory from one version to another (they can also be from previous versions of the official game by Yabou).
These JPEGS contain data:
setup.jpg - Settings in the Options Menu
save0.jpg - Game file 1
save1.jpg - Game file 2
save2.jpg - Game file 3
save3.jpg - Game file 4
