i tried that but it said i had a visual error, saying for me to select the default visual processer, but when i click ok, it does nothing. plus, i have windows vista home premeium.

Don't know if you get the error because of Vista, but all i did was following the configuration wizard, pressing the "Nice" button on the graphics page and mark all boxes except the last in the sound configuration and it played nice and smoothly.

update: found an emulatore on mt PC that works, plus a psx-p emulator, emulates ps1 games on psp with any version 2.80 and under (official firmware that is, no homebrew required)
