Nameless: I wouldn't be a great scource for this, but judging by the way it's drawn, and the "genericness" of the situation and background characters, I'd place my bets on original.

The first one is Edelweiss from "Sumeba Miyako no Cosmos-sou Suttoko Taisen Dokkoida" (I just love to call the whole title of that), but most probably a "fan-drawn" scene since I don't remember any tentacles in that show.
