help running rapelay

i just redownloaded rapelay but i keep getting an error message, i have installed it and all and running in japanese unicode, i think i have direct x installed already but it still wnt run can anyone help me

Seems this dll file is missing in your system. Google it, put it in the correct place and it should work.

Go to "Start -> Run" and type in dxdiag, check if you really have installed a correct DirectX, the dll is from DirectX and if it's missing it could affect more than Rapelay

Although it might be simply 'missing' because yout Directx version does not have that file anymore.

If thats the case you might be able to fix it by using the DirectX installer that came with the game. But that could also mean you're going to be rolling the version back a bit.
