If anyone has a second I really like the Dead End game but cant get past the first part. I don't speak Japanese and cant figure out what I'm supposed to do. Any hits or a guide would help a ton. Until then I guess I'll just have to keep trying.

I, like CascadeHope, am having difficulty with the Sakura Misubi game. I can't install it. Before I continue, know that I'm a noob.

I've tried opeining up every file with "Install" on it. I've mounted the files, and tried all of those. The closest thing to a Hint that I can manage is when I try to open "Install.exe" within the CD Drive Mount Thingamabob. (WHOA. Spellcheck just told me that Thingamabob is a word... Cool!) It tells me that "E:\install.exe is not a valid win32 application." I don't know if it's cuz my computer sucks (Compaq Presario running on Windows ME. Yeah, I know. Olde.) or if I don't have the right program, but regardless, that's the case.

Anyone got anything for me??

windows me may be the cause. im not sure that game will run on that os. its that or you dont have the japanese locale set up. (if windows me even has that) sorry im not sure what else to do.

I don' thave the Sakura game, but I've ran into this a couple of times with some games from Hongfire.

This is to you and CascadeHope:
What image mounting software are you using? I've been using MagicDisc. Make sure you are mounting the right part - i.e., the .bin instead of the .cue, or vice versa. Turn on file extensions if you don't see them.

I mounted a game using one of the image bits, and while it looked mounted, I couldn't access the contents. I got the same "... is not a valid win32 application." Then I tried removing it and mounting the other part, and it worked great.

EDIT:
You may also want to make sure that the folder where the image files are stored doesn't have any weird characters, or isn't in too long of a path. Instead of C:\mydocuments\settings\users\theweilder\desktop\mydownloads\downloaded_games\hentai\Sakura_Misubi just change it to C:\Sakura or something like that.

Umm, when I mount the game on vista, with MagicISO, is when it happens.

ok their is another way, burn the iso onto a dvd. just googe: dvd decrypter. it can rip as well as write iso filesl. the put in burned dvd and install it from that.
