 new icon, but over 16kb |

i have a new more uncensored version of sonsaku for my user icon, but the file is over 16kb. can some one reduce the size to 16kb, without making it smaller than 100X75? (or ruining the quality too much) PLEASE HELP!

If cutting out most of it is ok, try one of these. (simply resizing the whole still left it at 104 kbytes)
Of course don't trust the thumbnail resize here.

Animation Shop 3 (by Jasc). Came together with their Paint Shop Pro.
Showed me the single pics after opening the gif in it so I could choose which ones too keep easily and at saving the new one it even shows me the size the new gif will result in.
