How about Popotan? I have the DVDs, so I could get some screenshots, if you wish. There is an almost ridiculous number of bath scenes in that series, though, and Mii is a loli without doubt.

Episode 5 and unknown episode
Some months ago a kind user here pointed out some youtube links of some full episodes from this series that were uploaded by a japanese user. Sadly, they weren't there for more that a week. I was able to get only some of them. Currently, there are not known raws available of these series. I hope someone gets interested in this series and releases it. You'll see more of this series when I re-upload the images from the manga.

Regarding the uncensored version of Chocotto Sister, they aren't my priority since they are RAW's. I use mainly ed2k links to download them. I simply go to the anidb page of the anime and chose the files that come from the DVD's, since they aren't edited for TV. It's as simple as that. Kodomo no Jikan faces the same situation, so for the loli fans it's a good idea to wait for the DVD releases.
