This is Flannery from Pokemon. People kept arguing on Aerisdies if this was a pic or a video.

I want to confirm this.

I don't know, but it looks like a picture imposed on a video background.

That's what some people were arguing (sp?) about. Some say it's a pic with subtitles, some say it's an actual screenshot from a video clip.

And the arguement continues... So technically, I doubt anyone knows unless we see some physical proof. (In this case, a video file)

i believe it is a spoof. i saw a couple of naruto hentai video screen shots with subtitles and thought it was a video. but i later found out hentai key made ot. let me see what i can find..................okay im back, it seems that what you found was the magic of photoshop: a flash screenshot with an imported backround and edited text.
