Does not work for me...
Extracted correctly and downloaded twice...
Error says: ???? D:\h games\[Yume Star] Onemuri Sister\[????] ????????\onesis.exe ??????.

EDIT: Both do not work for me...
Second error when I try to run setup: The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I can't read the new error in the other one though...

Error messages that involve a heap of question marks like the one you mentioned are usually caused by either running a Japanese game under English mode, or trying to run a non-applocale compliant Japanese application under applocale. I got heaps of these trying to install Popotan (even though I was sure I had everything set to Japanese mode, and it was... just a video driver problem).
I'm happy that you managed to fix one of them though, best of luck on the one that's still giving you grief.
