 Many Rar files in a single operation. |

I don't know if it can be done. Do you know a program for to create many rar files at the same time? I have a tremendous collection of folders, and Im getting older making the rar files one by one. Thank you in advance!

WinRAR is enough.
Select the folders you want, right-click for the menu, choose 'Add to archive...' for getting WinRARs options, check the third 'page' (or tab or whatever it is called) of it.
Choose the first option under 'Archive' (let's hope it's still called so in english versions)
It should be called something like 'make own archive for each file (it does them for each folder then).
Putting your pass in it as usual also gives the pass to every archive I think, but I'm not sure as I usually don't make passworded arhives en gros.
