There is more to that than that.
She is in an own layer that has the width 100% of a screen and has an invisible table that has the same size as the inner part of the forum.
This has one reason, namely, so that she stays on one place when your resize the window.
So far only solution found is to remove the background image of the menu.
Still need to find a way to push that picture on a lower layer.

What about changing the order that it declares the layers. No, that wont work. It might not be possible, its like having tree glass plates, no matter what order their in, you can only touch one at a time. But in coding, all things are possible, given enough time and energy...
EDIT: on second thought, what order are they declared in?

So far, no new options are open. Only way it works is removing the background image of the navbar.
