well a lot of furries these days are private artists and atleast 50% of those private artists are unknown. So to get to the point no one here will be able to answer this question since we all have the same response...its kind of sad though since she is kind of cute Sad

Ow and I found out who the artist is. He/She is called Pisipisi. I found it thanks to kyleevee.
The only problem is that all of the artist sites are down so i'll have to find a place where they still have old picts of his art.
