Can some make a bigger and BETTER wallpaper using....

the attached pic? I LOVE the shot and would like it as 1152x864, but when I increase the siza, it looks UGH! and it gets grany. I don't know photoshop and any of that stuff, but I would like a clean and as sharp as possible verson in 1152x864 or larger.

Can anyone help me out here?

The only way you're ever going to get that would be to get your hands on a better quality version of the picture and work from there. No matter what, it is going to get AA'd to hell if blown up with the picture the way it is now unless someone took the time to vector it and redraw it by hand, recolor it, etc, etc.

DAMN! I was afraid of that. I wished I could get the original cell that was used. Well, as they say, creatativity is the mother of inventention, so I am going to up the resolution on my monitor (19 inch) to the max and do a screen capture larger than 1152x864 in tiff format and work with converting, shrinking and some CompuPic adjustments and see what I can do...

Well, if it is from an anime, best thing to do would be to track down a DVD rip of the episode if possible as opposed to the version you're using now

I made one in 1024*768, using my (very weak) skills on Paint Shop Pro 9.

I did a screen capture in 1600x1200 and posted it. Just need the text removed, bit seeing how akuma2002 did, I hope he takes a shot. The colors are NICE and rich!!!
