 Corrupted video |

How do I fix a corrupted video? It'll play for about 99% of it then it stops on the last 3 seconds when it fades to black. It really wouldn't annoy me too much but since it didn't download all the way I can't move up and down in the video, I can only just let it play. Any help?

Depends on the format of the file. If it's avi, something like divfix should work fine. If it's MPG, open it in Virtual Dub, click "extended" when opening the file and choose "aggressive error search". Then just save the file again.
If it's MKV/OGM, then you will need some more help.

I tested it with Kaspersky antivirus, and it found nothing (which antivirus is yours?). Damn, I didn't run that file in months, and perhaps I have a trojan now. Sorry about that. I used that tool many times with corrupted videos, and always worked fine.
About your video, you will need and old version of VirtualDub, because the new one had copyright issues with microsoft about wmv files. Look for it in "oldversions.com".
Sorry about the Trojan.
