Well, I kinda hate it when my first post on a board is somewhat of a problem, but...
I recently got Sacred Plume, and am looking forward to the patch. While I know very little Japanese, I tend to have no trouble figuring out any RPG that I play. The only problem I have with this one, is that I can't seem to get it to load correctly. I did manage to set my computer to Japanese locale and language, but when I start the program, it goes white for a couple of seconds, and then goes black and freezes. Any idea whats wrong, or how I get it to start?
Also, I have been playing Torupatsu no Yabou (sp?) and am having a bit of trouble with some of the items. While I understand what most of them do (I figured out the healing and the magic items real fast, as well as the two different "escape" items) there is one item that I have no clue what its for. On the item screen, it looks like an envelope, and though you can buy them for 0g, you cannot sell or drop them. They also seem to have no "Use" function. Just wondering if you might know something I don't. Oh well. Thanks for your time, and sorry to trouble you.

Concerning Sacred Plume, try installing the update.
Also try picking a different renderer on the starting screen.
Maybe disable anti-aliasing, sometimes ot does that.
Concerning tsurupeta, this is the wrong thread.

does the games use all different engines/file structures/protections to extract the kanji-texts and translate into other language? forgive me I dont know anything about programming 
some games already has uncensoring added executable, but the textures are not uncensored  is that too possible?

Realtime Lovers:
-This game uses an encryption even better than the one with maiden breeder 2, unless someone can analyze it and decrypt it, I see no way.
Maiden Breeder 2:
I must say I already tried that. At first glance, it looks that the encryption is the same as on sacrd plume, but I was mistaken, every 3 bytes seem to be something that I can't find any real logic in.
Yuki Hotaru and Hana no Hime:
These arew relatively easy, but since I'm missing translators, I can't just flood the little people who are helping me with tons of text, Sacred Plume has quite a bit itself.
Chikan wa Hanzai: Well, not sure. Didn't really look at it.
Uncensoring is theoretically possible, but we have a limited ammount of knowledge. For what I can say, the drawn CGs that will come to the translated text in sacred plume will be uncensored. About the 3d, well, we will see, maybe someone with knowledge contacts me.

I remember from hongfire, there where some people who tried decode the realtime lovers files and it worked please read the whole thread here:

Very interesting, there are so many files spread through the thread. I even found the uncensoring file for the realtime lovers  no translation found 
It seems realtime lovers and maiden breeder 2 uses the same encryption method according "Corrodias" check:

too bad no one released the uncensor or translation patch
For the 3D there are very good people at hongfire. There is a guy named "Alessi" who did pretty good uncensoring at Rapelay/AG2/BR2/Oppai2/Biko3/SB2. Mostly [Illusion] games.
"bunnygirl" translated Rapelay [Illusion] /Polygon Love 2 [Purple Heart].
and there more people who helped uncensoring/coding/decoding Rapelay[Illusion] like Took, wurlox, feuerdrache, Kolyce, nothandsome. there are even gui installer coders like TheShadow and Dili.
I dont know those guy personally but im sure they will help you.

well i got a problem with sacred plume at the end,
i finally finished the game (beat the 2nd demon n stuff)
then, when the credits of each char where passing
the game simply crashed (windows error send/nosend)
well thats all, just telling about a bug hope helps in the future
(damn on the end :...( xDDDD)
