If there are two sections for hentai; Loli, and Regular Hentai. And if one requires only loli girls that are loli-looking in comparison, and one that requires only adult-looking hentai in comparison...

and let me respond to your question with another question...
Why did they make a Request section and a picture thread??
Do they relise that first time posters could easily just use the Pictures section as a means to fill their own requests with out having to ask??
Its purpose is simple....but its clear anyone can get away with it as long as they post something of their own first right??
So why bother having the request secion?
Or why bother having the Picture thread?
Why not make one thread.....ANGEL HENTAI.....and LITTLE ANGELS HENTAI....that would pretty much do fine with out having a separate section for both. But as my Sig says "This is jsut me thinking out loud"

Why is it not true?? I mean seriously a first time poster or rather a low post count poster like 5 can easily put up a thread in the pictures section with their own pictures and then? Instant pictures from other members. He doesn't even have to ask to see others. He just has to say just wanted to show you guys my pics

What point?? You mean the purpose of having two differnt sections?? I understand the idea behind it. But if someone was smart enough they would relise that the request area isnt the only place to get requests filled.

However i see where you are going with this..Like a movie or a manga or even a game right?? Those are the ONLY times that a request thread is usefull.
