Rozen Maiden is the manga & anime series that made fashionable the term "Gothic Lolita". Circle Shin Seidou Honpo made some Doujins about it, and you can find five of these in one single file, here:

Since you've named them all in Japanese, I have no idea which ones are which. What are the third and fourth ones called?

When I keep the mouse pointer over it, the third says "Aoiro Toiki" and the fourth "Mousou Kyousoukyoku".
