Ok I know this may sound dumb, but is there a program that can tranzlate Japaneze games, I have one but it's all in the foren language.
Sooooooo is there a program that can do it.

Well there are a few attempts. AHTK per example, will hook the text and you will be able to paste it in an electronic translator. Of course, electronic translation's accuracy is pretty low, especially on hentai games.
So I'd say, no, there is no magical program that translates your games into english.
