 Looking for an artist/manga |

I'm looking for a specific Manga/Doujin. It was about a little girl that was going to die soon,but a guy found her, and brought her to his apartment, and eventually they got into a relationship, and lived a happy life together, and she ended up living a lot longer than either of them had expected.
Anyone know the name of the Manga or artist??
