How do you change to japanese in Windows Vista?

I was asking beacuse I want to play again Maiden Breeder 2 and My new PC has Windows Vista Ultimate. IÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â´m installing the game next week

I was looking to do the very same thing just yesterday, and this is what I did:

go to your windows control panel
In windows XP you will recall being able to add a language under regional and language options.
There is infact an equivalent to this in Windows Vista. Click it.
Go to the language Tab.

now, this is where I will have to stop because of one very important thing.
You can not add/change a language if you are using windows vista home edition.
You must have either Windows VistaÃ¢â€žÂ¢ Ultimate or Windows VistaÃ¢â€žÂ¢ Enterprise edition

so...good luck if you qualify...

I have Vista Ultimate, it cost me +$50 more when I configured my new Dell
but I see that the Ultimate version of Vista is the one for gamers like me, beacuse you have more support from Microsoft, compared whit Windows Vista Home Premium

For support I mean, patches and mini-programs nothing else
