 Port forwarding issues |

Been all over the help board and didn't find anything that'll help me on this.
Does anybody out there have any ideas on just how to properly forward a port for torrent use?
Tried the help on portforward.com (I think that's the site) but it didn't really help.
Using uTorrent on a Netopia 2247NWG.
I got a rocketpace rate (75.5kB/s) one day but it's yet to repeat itself, and I doubt it ever will.

uTorrent has a test to see if the port is forwarded correctly, so just use that to test.

It's still saying "No Incoming Connections" but I'm at least getting a better Dl/Ul rate than I was. I've used the help on Netopia's support pages and it seems to have helped a little. I'm not getting NAT error messages anymore.
The speed of the transfer doesn't bother me anymore, but at least it's a little more stable than it was. Cheers, Sat 
EDIT: The Port checker on Utorrent doesn't like me. It doesn't work sometimes and every port I've tried (which is a great many of them since, oh.... about an hour ago) returns an error. Maybe the ISP just doesn't like torrents...

Just follow the instructions.....and if that doesnt work.....burn the router
