is something wrong with this when i extract it it jus stops half way thru then when i try to open the folder the folder crashes so weird

A - In the game folder are there two files called "start"? If so, are you trying to run the html document file called "start" or the flash file called "start"? Although you can run these flash games using the flash file, you're better off running them as the game was designed by clicking the html file instead.
B - I presume the error message says "To help protect your security Internet Explorer has restricted...active content...Click here for options". If it does, clicking and allowing the 'blocked content' (the flash files) to run should solve things, if you're running the html flash file I mentioned above.
If doing A & B doesn't work, I'm sorry to say I don't know what the matter is. - IE will always do this, seemingly no matter how you fiddle about with the security settings. Hey what can I say - it's a crappy Microfungus product 
An alternative and easier option is to use Firefox as your web browser then you won't have to put up with this crap
