Windows vista Question

Somehow I managed to change the background color on it to a different color and now web pages look different as does my mouse cursor, how do I change this back to normal?

If you right click your desktop and select "personalize," you can change your mouse cursor appearance and window color.

However, as for the browser windows, you may have to edit the preferences on the browser to change the looks of it.

Be careful; if you don't think you're the one that made these changes, then it could be a sign of a hacking (as a bunch of my settings were changed when it happened to me). Either that, or someone's just messing with you.
