Well, I added an alternate for you.
I guess it does not take the ÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¤ into the clipboard (or whatever that's called), kinda like I always get ??? when I copy/paste jap. chars into some progs (what made winny useless for me)

I don't get this, I've C&P'ed that sort of a before and it worked fine. Look: KÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¤tzchen - See? the little dots. Can anyone else open it?

I dled it by myself now just in case RS did corrupt it or so, but it works just fine with copy/paste and manually typing.
Also the alternate with the new pass should at least work if you type it or else it has to be a problem on your computer since the new pass doesn't use any 'advanced' characters.

I can open it too, for proof i colored one of the images...
