[Futoumei Z] Water Maid

Does anyone have any pointers on how to progress without knowing any japanese? I can slowly raise the 3 right bars, and fluctuate the left 2 bars, but I really don't know what it does. Also, how do you get her to have sex with you? I have 6 options (kiss, feel her up, missionionary, oral, doggie, and her on top), but it rarely goes past the one picture. Also I have no idea how to get her to cosplay. Any light shed on this would be really appreciated
