kun is japanese, its a term of familiarity to a male<chan is the female version>...... sama means <more or less> sire or lord... san is a generic suffix used when talking to someone<male or female>.... polite way to adress someone.... it comes from a few friends who called me kamo kun, kamo sama, or kamo san....
