If you're getting just that on rapidshare that would be strange, I never had and never will get an account there. Or did you just leave out the "or wait <MB-size of last dled file x2> minutes"?

Well its because my isp uses a transparent proxy , so when accessing these rapidsites they look at the proxy ip in use and not my true ip . Because the proxy is the same ip as many others on bt , it seems ive already been on the site recently.

edit : Now its saying wait 36mins , which it didn't before.. I will wait and see what happens
