Zwei versions - one has colors I selected and, well, failed a bit (blue lol?) was done at 8:00 PM GMT+1
and second is courtesy of Sat, who corrected me (more black, lighter hair, brighter dress)
at 9:30 GMT+1
also posting trace for the wannabie artists (keep text's please)

I do prefer your version Frag, even if I would prefer the clothe under her skirt to be white lol,

Yeah, the only thing remaining is to develop better shading skills, I'm still not sure about how I shade...
As for the development, yeah lol, I've started a long time ago so progress was a must lol XD
Expect more and better!
Also, here is something new that I've done recently:
Dunno if you can call it finished, but eh... Including trace (dont mind those things instead of her nipples lol).

overall the shading is decent, and on the hair its realy well done, but at times you tend to make a bit of a mistake on where the shade is supposed to be. depending on what part of the body you use as reference, the light source can come from several angles. still, apart from minor inconsistency's with the light source you did quite well. but the shades lack depth at the moment -not including the hair, that's got a decent amount of depth- .

I know about the shadows being not right, thats the thing i need to learn still.
I've mastered (lol, strong word) tracing, eyes and hair shading so far.
Still not enough for professional CG artist, and I'd want some doodling talent. XD
Thanks, neko_lover, well its not that hard, just time-consuming.
I've been into this stuff for some time now and I;m doing it rather for fun.
Allways good to see some nice responses, keep'em up, thats my fuel!

So, sorry to post a second post in a row, but I didn't feel like editing that one above.
Here is another rework, something you my recognize as one of Kun2's first submissions as
an artist. As you can see, I decided that a no-shading style looks better, so I left it as it is.

Sorry for double posting, but its to bump the thread...
Another work, this one surprised even me...
Ignoring the background, which was a spur of the moment - I tried to take the job from a new perspective - so I used soft gradients and then shaded them with hard shading, the hair went superb.
No new things about the eyes, but I had to heavily modify the lines in order to make her more "human". Posting original and trace for reference.
