Attachment already posted

I got to about 3 uploaded pictures then the rest came up as Attachment already posted.
If you really need to include it in your post, add this line to your post:... I suddenly relised that i posted in the wrong section.

Deleted my post and made a new post in the correct section and now even the previously posted pics i deleted are coming up as Attachment already posted. I did try to rename the pictures as they are all from my collection but still come up as attachment already posted.

Attachment already posted means the picture is already somewhere in the forum. You can't post it twice so if you really mean to put it in your thread you need to add the link you are given.

How does it detect if a picture is already posted if its renamed? just out of interest Wink

Not sure by myself, but I guess it's a hashvalue check like with emule-files.

It dosen't check by the name, it checks by the picture itself. If it senses a similar picture on the forum then it wont let you post it. Although the only flaw is that it dosen't work when you convert the picture into a different type.
