OK, I've been searching for the past couple of days but I can't find it.
It should have been in either games or Faves or Mega Faves or S Rank.
I've looked and it's in none of them, maybe it'll turn up somewhere but until then...

Oh yeah and I found out that it is hard to use the Atlas on the game straight up then I found out an article posted by another person that have figured out on how to get the translation working for the game.

Okay here is on a quick how to first of all you need the agth program.

after that you need to set it up like this..:

agth.exe /c /KS /HW-4*14#1@0053FA06 "KSH_dl.exe"

Click the game at the selection of new game then as the game begins go to your agth and finds the [userhookw] after that it will get a decent in game text dialog copy pasted into your atlas. And then off you go and enjoy the game with full translation.

There you go.. I thought I ought to share on what I have found out about the game.
