Here's the first two pages of the attached beginning, if you have any suggestions before I color the rest, I would appreciate it. Since I know what I'm titling the manga, I'm also working on the cover, which will be in color as well.

I'll update the touch ups as time goes on.

You should make the color closer to the lines... those white and gray dots don't look fine

Indeed, the coloring is pretty good, for the most part. There are some places where it feels like there's gray or white where there should be color, around the lines. Other than that, it looks very good.

Ok, so I'll pay more attention to the dots, I try to reduce them to a degree, but since it's so tidius I was hoping what was left wasn't that noticable. If I had a half way decent image software I think there would be a big difference in quality. This program I got with my scanner is gonna have to do for now.

What prog are you using? I use PaintShopPro for the retracing and base coloring (thanks to Sat & kouhei) and shading in Photoshop.
