You should just have to open your own torrent, point it at your original file, it'll see it's complete and seed the file.
It might differ dependign on torrent client and os, though.

just generally its opening your own torrent file and making sure that file says it has been 'completed' or being 'seeded' depending on torrent client, etc.
If it says 100% then you are good, you just have to keep it open to make sure people are able to download from you.
