id like to repay this site with stuff from my collection, for what
this site has provided for me
in time id like to earn privilage to the extra dowloads section.. but not until ive given back for what ive recieved.

Welcome to LAH
I'll just say Search is your best friend. It'll help you find if anything has already been posted. As far as what to post...well.
If it's not posted already, more than likely it's fair game. Though read the Rules and FAQ. I think things like Guro and Scat aren't allowed.
As far as Uploading.

By no means is it a complete list. But it's more than enough.
I tend to stick with three hosters
Rapidshare for files between 1-200 MB
Megarotic for 201-600
Gigesize for anything about 601
Up to you really.
