 Problem uploading |

I have some doujins and a game I would like to share.
But I'm having some problems when I try to upload it in sites such as rapidshare,megaupload,gigeshare and the like.
2 or 3 seconds after the uploading starts it gives some error message. sometimes it doesn't recognize the files and stuff like that.
I don't know what to do, but it is probably something simple.
It's just that I'm kinda clumsy with computer, internet and this kind of stuff. (maybe I'm getting too old for this...)
