Mhm, sounds like some of the data you dl'ed is either damaged or incomplete.
Try downloading it again and make sure there is no error message when unpacking it.

If this doesn't help, well...
since the error messages are also written in japanese, i can't quite help you if your PC has some problems with the setup itself. For fact, it could be anything that causes the error, even your sound card or whatelse.

Else, try setting the locale to JP, or use applocale. There is a method to do it in the Rules and FAQ section, I think.
