It just seems too gaudy to my mind. You can remove me from the list if you like, but that won't stop the problem with other people having it. I think it looks better without it.

Heh heh, I like them. And they might actually work in stirring up some interest. Instead of the same... what, 10-15 people making all the posts, while the rest leech away. Anyway, I was wandering, can you make them symmetrical to the avatar? Mine just kind of runs off, and my wierd OCD won't let me ignore it. If you can't do that, I understand. But I would like the dimensions of your avatar, it seems to be symmetrical. Maybe I could resize mine.

I actually really like the star banners. If it was up to me we would have all kinds of widgits like loli/shota banners (such as on renchan) artist/writer banners and anything else. Your first banner being given to you when you introduce your self 
It would be neat if we had a few even if we didn't have a lot there certainly is space below the avatars....
