Moving Avatars?

I have a moving gif that I would like to use as an Avatar but it's 175K, I tried shrinking it to a few k to use as my Avatar but now it no longer moves...what's the secret?

Not sure but I think as long as it's within 100x100 pixels it should work.

OK..can anyone suggest what "shrinking" prog I should use, I tried opening it in MGI Photosuit and then just resizing it to a few k but(as you can see) it does not animate..and,..it's much more interesting when it does!!

Thanks...here it is..

I use JASC animation shop that comes with Paint Shop Pro from 6 to now. I have PSP8. Should be very easy to shrink all the frames at once using JASC animation shop.

I think the problem was you were trying to shrink it too small. Trying doing it yourself again, but set it so that it will be just at the max of what our board allows, and then continue to shrink it from there until you reach a point where you are still happy with how it looks
